Before our first meeting, I will ask you to complete a detailed health history form and answer any questions you may have about Womb Continuum Care.
During the intake session, we will take time to review your health history together and place it within the wider context of your personal story. From there, we will explore what your present needs, intentions, and priorities are, and discuss how I can best support your personal journey.
In these sessions, the Hands-on Bodywork will focus on external areas of the body, such as the abdomen, womb space, sacrum, hips, breasts, chest, neck, depending on each individual's needs.
NO INTERNAL (HANDS-IN WORK) IS OFFERED IN THESE SESSIONS
In these sessions we take time for internal therapeutic touch to support pelvic and reproductive health (either vaginally, anally, and/or intraorally).
By releasing the fascia and opening the tissues in these areas, we promote mobility as well as blood and lymph flow. This process can also help release stored tension and emotions, while allowing a wide range of sensations to develop in places that previously felt numb or painful.
To respect the depth and intimacy of this work, internal work is offered only after several foundational Womb Continuum Care sessions together.
