My journey into bodywork and women’s health grew from a lifelong interest and passion for the human body, as well as a deep love for creating with my hands.
Originally trained as a violinist, I always emphasized the importance of breathing, posture, and the art of movement. I further explored these principles through Alexander Technique, Yoga, and Aikido, deepening my understanding of body awareness and alignment.
However, as I entered womanhood, the challenges I faced led me to focus more intensively on female physiology and on integrative, holistic approaches to women’s health.
As part of this path, in November 2023, I joined MaSchool’s Womb Continuum Care practitioner training - a unique program founded by Carly Rae and Andrea Terrones - dedicated to bringing women’s health back into women’s hands. A training combining hands-on, hands-in bodywork with a meticulous study of female anatomy and physiology, reproductive and sexual health, and a variety of holistic approaches.
Now, two years into my Womb Continuum Care practitioner training, and at the same time as I step into a new chapter of my life - motherhood - I am opening a holistic bodywork practice in Brussels.
From April 2026, I hope to bring these offerings to my hometown of Barcelona.
